Anasakh Bhog: Ghee & Flour Sweets

Anasakh sweets do not contain water and can be preserved for several days. They are prepared in pure cow ghee and flours.

Recipe of Kasar:
Roast 1 cup of coarse wheat flour in 1/2 cup of pure ghee on low heat until golden brown. Let it cool slightly, then mix in 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Offer it with deep devotion to the Lord.
